Read Before You Order

 

How Plants are Shipped
Most of the plants will be shipped bare root with little to no soil.
Most of the plants will be shipped without the nursery pot.
For Imported plant: It may be a bit SHRIVELED and minimal to no root.

 

Shipping During Winter
If you live in an area that is below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, please consider purchasing plants until the weather is more suitable. If you still wish to proceed with the order, heat pack and insulation are available for purchase.  PLEASE NOTE: The heat pack and insulation are not a guarantee, We are not responsible for plants from frost damage or package delay. The heat pack can be used only in priority shipping.

 

Local pick up
We offer TWO pick up locations for your convenience: Livermore and Daly City, CA.  If you live around the bay area it is strongly recommended for you to do local pick up. We also offer in person shopping at our San Leandro location. Please contact us to set up an appointment. 

 

Plant Dead/Damaged
If your plant arrives dead or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hrs with provided pictures and description. We will review your request and respond to you with our decision. If the request is approved, We can offer refund, replacement or store credit. Please note: heat pack and shipping fee are not refundable.

 

Return
We do not accept returns and no exchange. All Sales Are Final.

 

Lost and return package
Missing package: If tracking shows package is delivered, we are not responsible for package lost. In such a case, you can fill a claim through the shipping vendor for missing package. We can offer any assistance if it is needed.

Return package: Buyer can pay postage again for reship if the plant is still in good condition. If the returned plant(s) arrive in bad or dead condition, no refund or replacement can be offered. Please double check your address before you place the order.
